The White Pages mobile app provides users immediate connections to people, businesses and government departments across Australia.
White Pages uses a comprehensive, accurate database of contacts to help customers make informed decisions about which calls they take.
The app now includes a Caller ID feature that activates whenever users receive a call. Incoming calls from business and government organisations listed with White Pages will be identified, providing users with the confidence to answer unrecognised numbers.
Once the White Pages app is installed on your smartphone, it will attempt to identify calls from phone numbers you don’t already have stored in your address book. If the number belongs to a Business or Government organisation listed with White Pages, we’ll let you know by displaying this information on your smartphone.
To make it easier for your customers to come knocking, we’ll show exactly where your business is located via your White Pages Online and Mobile listing.

If a customer misses your call, they are likely to ring you back because they know exactly who they are contacting on the other end of the line
No. The Caller ID feature will only identify incoming calls from a number listed as a Business or Government listing in White Pages. We will never identify incoming residential calls or calls originating from a silent number. We will also never share your personal mobile phone number to other users.
If you don’t want our app to identify your business’ outgoing calls, you can request to have your business number removed from this feature. Simply call us on 1800 810 211 or complete the short form below. Your request will be assessed within 10 business days and we will notify you of the outcome.
We do not identify any residential numbers, or unlisted businesses.
