1. Your Contract automatically renews every 12 months, so your Product is published in each subsequent directory and online at the latest price until cancelled.
2. Cancellation fees apply if you cancel after the Close Date.
3. Set-up fees are non-refundable.
4. We’ll use reasonable efforts to remind you when your contract renews. You’re responsible for notifying us if you change your contact details.
5. Need to make changes to the content of your ad? Changes to Printed Products can only be made before the relevant directory Close Date, which can be found here. Changes to Digital Products can be made anytime.
6. You can cancel at any time before the Close Date in writing or by phoning us and we’ll action it within 14 days. Cancellation fees apply if you cancel after the Close Date.
