Why do I have to verify my email address?
When you change your email address (whether you call our Customer Care staff to arrange or change it yourself within myAccount), we will send you a verification email which you will need to click to complete the email update process.

This is important because your email address is what you use to sign in to myAccount, so we need to be sure you have the information you'll need to access myAccount.
