Within myAccount, you will notice that your products have a Product Status. This reflects the current standing of your advertisements, and let's you know the stages of fulfilment that they are going through.
An explanation of the different statuses are as follows:
Fulfilment:
Currently undergoing fulfilment or setup to complete the instructions of the Order to create a new Service.
Suspended:
The Service is in a state of mandatory suspension, typically as a result of non-payment. The Service would typically be un-published and additional charges would be stopped until the System has determined that the Service can be resumed, eg. after payment.
Paused:
This is voluntary suspension, used by a Customer to put their Service on-hold but still with the ability to resume the Service at a later date. Charges would typically be stopped. This state may only be available for some products and each product would govern rules for when and how long a Service can be paused.
Cancelled:
The Service has been permanently cancelled.
Live: The Service is actively being published or serviced.
