How long does the whole process take?

We're pretty snappy. We'll spend a couple of hours collecting footage at your place of business (or an agreed location), then we'll take some time to add some polish to your images before they are ready. We'll keep you in the loop throughout the process so you know when your photos are ready to show the world.

Can I make suggestions on what should be photographed?

Absolutely - we couldn't do it without you. Our photographer will spend some time discussing ideas with you before getting started. We'll take the time to understand exactly what your business needs before we get clicking.

Where can I find my images?

We can email or upload them to a shared location and provide you with a link to download. Nothing could be easier.

Can I cancel before it's completed?

You can cancel at any time, but if we've already sent a photographer to your business, a fee of up to 50% of the purchase price may be charged.

Can I make changes?

We make changes where possible, but it's best we know what you're after before we begin. This helps you get the results you're after first time around.

If you need to make changes after we've taken photos, we'll do this in-house. Where new shots are requested, additional fees may be charged.

Two minor changes per year are included in our pricing.

Do I own the photos?

You can do what you like with your photos, but we have the right to re-use them across our sites.

Can I change the shoot date?

This can be done if you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice. Any later and a reschedule fee may be charged.

How can I track my ROI results?

Just keep an eye on your regular Yellow Pages, TrueLocal or Website reports. See a spike? Chances are, it's your photos and videos hard at work.

Can I have anything photographed?

General advertising rules apply to what we can capture. So if there's anything illegal, illicit or unsuitable suggested, we have the right to keep it out of frame. If it's found in footage or photos after the shoot, we may remove it until it meets the 'G' Australian film classification.

Can someone help me figure out where to put my photos?

A Sensis expert will talk you through the best spot for your new addition. If you already know where you'd like it, we'll happily make sure it's uploaded correctly.
