New Things Now develops and delivers interactive experiences and promotions that make technology work for community organisations. Their grant will be used to implement 12 state-wide ‘show don’t tell’ events to demonstrate how work by community organisations can be brought to life.

Tasmanian Buffalo

Tasmanian Buffalo is Tasmania’s only commercial buffalo herd.  A purpose built dairy has allowed them to successfully trial milking over the past 12 months and they are ready to take the next step by purchasing a pasteuriser with their grant money. Tasmanian Buffalo is excited to begin producing artisan cheese and grass fed milk to the public.

Port Arthur Lavender Farm is a family-owned business producing over 30 handmade products, including bath and body indulgences, flavour-infused jams, honeys, lavender chocolates and more. Their grant will allow the purchase of specialised commercial equipment, increasing production and creating new lavender inspired products.
