Sensis will kick off the Carnival in style with the famed Melbourne based Client Liaison, bringing their Indie Pop vibe to the marquee, and Australian actor and DJ Alex Dimitriades set to ignite the dance floor and take the party out on Derby Day.

Recently announced Sensis Social Ambassador and Aria Award Winner Samantha Jade will be in attendance on Derby Day to host social content, capture hightlights and will take to the stage on Melbourne Cup Day to  perform some of her top hits.

Melbourne Cup Day will also see Melbourne’s home grown talent and internationally renowned DJs Havana Brown and Grant Smilie flying in from LA, where they are a smashing success to spin their decks. They will be joined by The Voice Australia 2016 winner, Alfie Arcuri and other surprise performers to present a never before seen jam session.

Oaks Day at the Sensis marquee has been dubbed International Diva Day, featuring a jaw-dropping set from 80s soul icon, Barbara Tucker accompanied by the internationally renowned DJ Q (Quinta Young). Bringing her unique dance and soul flavour to the festivities trackside, Disco Diva Tucker will provide the backdrop for an unforgettable day of music also featuring Usain Bolt’s cousin DJ Erica and another special international guest soon to be announced.

Sensis’ owned Skip app will be hosting Stakes Day and presenting a very cool line-up of Australia’s best home-grown musical talent, with R&B influenced singer/songwriter, George Maple, hitting the stage. She will be joined by internatonal hit and Aussie DJ producer, Paces who will close out the Carnival in style.

Sensis CEO, John Allan spoke of his excitement about the calibre of music acts performing at the Carnival.

Sensis signed a two-year deal with the VRC to become the official marketing services partner of the Melbourne Cup Carnival earlier this month and will be bringing innovation to the track.

The deal sees Sensis hosting local and international guests in their front row Birdcage marquee across the four race days of the Carnival, with a customised theme for each race day. High profile VIP guests and ambassadors are expected to attend the marquee throughout the Carnival to enjoy A-grade racing views and the finest hospitality in the Sensis marquee.
