Found Digital, the digital marketing partner of Australia’s leading digital marketing services business, Sensis, today launched Found Business Intelligence (FBI), a powerful new platform that gives smaller businesses transparent access to lead-generating analytics.

SMBs make up the vast majority (up to 99%1) of Australian businesses and contribute around 40%2 of the country’s GDP, but often lack the resources to be able to leverage data as effectively as their bigger counterparts.

FBI answers this need by providing small-to-medium businesses with the ability to efficiently manage their online marketing in real time. FBI is a live dashboard, giving SMBs access to the kind of data which allows them to compete with much larger businesses.

Found Digital Executive General Manager, Peter Barrie said that according to research from PwC, Australian small business could unlock an additional $49.2bn3 in economic value by embracing mobile and digital platforms over the next 10 years.

Established in 2014, Found Digital is led by Barrie and is designed to service Sensis’ larger clients. FBI has been developed as part of a suite of tools offered by Found Digital to assist small-to-medium business with their digital marketing needs.

Barrie is a well-known media professional with decades of experience. His previous roles include Managing Director of MediaCom Australia, CEO of Carat and Advertising Director at Fairfax Media.

“Found Digital fills a gap in the market for growing companies who are feeling underserviced by traditional agencies,” Barrie said.

“They have previously been either the smallest client at a big agency and feeling ignored, or the largest client at a small agency who can’t keep up with their growth demands. Either way, they haven’t been receiving the attention and service they need.”​
